I tried a vegan Christmas cake recipe. My Dad loves cakes. He is 80 years now. He has spent his childhood in Lahore (now in Pakistan). His father was a manager of a British Diary. He remembers the great cakes he had those days.
Now he is a vegan. I love to bake for him. Whenever there is a great cake recipe but with eggs and butter, I immediately think of veganising it for him and now, also for you.
